Let me share my Google story with you:

About 12 years ago I was in a room next to a pool table and a refrigerator full of beer, cheese and butter. I was knee deep in QA and technical writing for a software development company. I soon stumbled on a then unknown "Google" search engine. I remember calling co-workers in and saying, "Wow, it's like someone is standing behind me and knows exactly what I need before I do." Well Google has long ago become a verb and taken on the world, how cool.

I actually had that experience a few times with HoopJumper. You team may think nothing of this but the fact that you did all of the following while setting up my new updated site, and it was really appreciated.

Located all my social networking links without ever coming to me
Found a photo online of a new team member that is out of town without any suggestion or guidance from me (yes I need a higher res version but this place holder is appreciated)
Grabbed my QR text off of my Facebook page, cropped it and added it to my web site side bar
And corrected a few of my own typos before I even had a chance to ask.

It is so very cool to work with people that go this extra mile. Maybe others see this as not a big deal, but I deal a lot with technology still and often see people using resources that literally do the bare minimum. Thank you for going far beyond that.
