"Two things I have discovered about my HoopJumper website.
One: Knowledgeable realtors keep asking me how my website ranks so high even though I don't blog. The answer to that is the SEO relying on so much local content. Of course, watch out when I do start blogging, then the content will be much fresher and go even higher.
Two: Everyone (clients and other realtors) really like my website. In fact, the only ones who don't like it are the "other guys" who are trying to sell me their websites. And we are really techy here in the Seattle area. Real estate market in the South Seattle Renton area is still great.
